While working at a medium sized exterior remodeling company, we saw first hand that as you ramp up production capabilities you can easily lose quality control along the way. Homeowners start to pay more as costs go up.  The accountability of ownership to manage projects starts to dwindle as they get too large. This leads to more problems, call backs and bigger punch out lists than necessary.

We decided we wanted to create a more lean, efficient exterior remodeling company, where the owners are present during installations. At each and every install (whether it be a roof, siding, gutters or windows/door project) you will see one of the LAB Exteriors owners on-site. We do this to make sure that the expectations of the homeowner and our installers are both aligned. Getting the small details right is important! You will always see a LAB Exteriors owner present periodically throughout the project as well as near the end. We always want to make sure that the needs and expectations of the homeowner are being met as the project wraps up. We know this sounds basic but it’s really not that common, and our philosophy is to do the job right the first time.
